Mild tremor in some areas

Dhaka, June 23 (bdnews24.com) ? A mild earthquake has been felt in certain parts of the country, including Dhaka, Chittagong and Sylhet.

The tremor, measuring 4.5 on the Richter scale, was felt at 6:39pm on Thursday, Met Department meteorologist Robayet Kabir told bdnews24.com.

He said, "The epicentre of the temblor was near Tripura border, some 133 km east of Dhaka."
