Rental power plant starts trial production in Jessore

JESSORE, July 14: Quantum Quick Rental Power Plant, a newly installed 105-MW plant, will go for commercial production in the first week of next month. The trial production at the plant, built at a cost of Tk 5.0 billion (500 crore), began on Tuesday. The plant aims at ensuring uninterrupted electricity supply to Jessore and Khulna industrial belts.
