Month-long Ramadan holiday in edn instts suggested

Home Ministry will request the Education Ministry to declare month-long Ramadan holiday in all educational institutes in order to reduce gridlock in the capital during the holy Ramadan. The decision came at a meeting on security during the Ramadan, held at the Ministry with Home Minister Sahara Khatun in the chair. The meeting decided to request the Education Ministry to take final decision in this regard and take all necessary steps to declare educational institutions shut from 1st of Ramadan, which is likely to fall on August 2.
