Unidentified body recovered in Old Dhaka

Dhaka, June 20 (bdnews24.com) ? Police have recovered the body of an unidentified man from Old Dhaka.

The deceased, around 40, attired in check lungi, was recovered from Shah Saheb Lane, under Gandaria police station, around 6:30am on Monday, said police.

Miscreants had allegedly hacked the man to death last night and dumped the body on the lane, Gandaria Police Station sub-inspector Abul Kalam told bdnews24.com.

The body has been sent to Sir Salimullah Medical College Hospital morgue for autopsy, said the officer.
