British minister in town
Dhaka, June 20 (bdnews24.com) ? British minister of state for international development Alan Duncan has arrived in Dhaka on a three-day visit.
The minister will visit several Department for International Development (DFID) projects and meet senior government officials, according to a government press statement.
The DFID will spend an average of ?250 million per year in Bangladesh until 2015. In the last fiscal, it spent ?149 million in the country.
